How long will my order take to deliver?
Orders are currently taking approx. 10 working days to be dispatched after you have placed your order.

We aim to deliver as quickly as possible but please keep in mind the effect that Christmas is having on delivery timescales.
How can I cancel my order?
We aim to get your parcels to you as quickly as possible, but if you contact us before you have received your 'dispatch' email we will cancel your order and issue you with a full refund.
If you would like to cancel your order after you have received your 'dispatch' email you will need to wait until you receive your order and then return it to us.
How much does it cost to deliver my order?

EXPRESS DELIVERY
We can occasionally provide express delivery. Please contact us at sally@sallysloane.co.uk to see if this is possible.
If we are able to offer this, the cost of express delivery is £8.95 per order. A signature will be required for this service.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We can also deliver internationally to:
Europe for £8.50 per order
North America for £8.50 per order
Australia and New Zealand for £8.50 per order

RETURNS

We hope that all of our customers are completely happy with their purchase, however should you wish to return your product, please follow the below steps:-

Please fill out the return form below to submit your returns request to the Team at Sally Sloane London

The item must be returned to us at your expense.

The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt and in excellent saleable condition with all packaging material.

If the item is damaged in transit back to us because of poor repacking, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Customers are entitled to a full refund up to 30 days after receiving the goods if they are faulty. Please note any item where a fault has been caused due to customer negligence, such as, not following the care instructions clearly stated on the garment. We will not be held responsible, we will only consider and investigate manufacturing faults.

We cannot accept returns of products which have been personalised at your request.
